Rooting Motorola Fire using SuperOneClick


  • Download and extract ‘Rooting Motorola’

Inside Rooting Motorola

  • SuperOneClick v.2.3.3
  • SUT LR 1.8.2 (software update tool)
  • FXX_PR3_NV.xml
  • NvDefinition.xml

Root Motorola Fire

  1. Extract all file that already download
  2. Install SUT LR 1.8.2
  3. Install SuperOneClick
  4. Connect Motorola Fire to PC/Laptop
  5. windows will detect the device, wait until windows finish install the driver.
  6. Run SUT LR1.8.2
  7. Select FXX_PR3_NV.xm files
  8. click Next
  9. The device will auto reboot after driver installation complete. Use this change to turn off the phone and remove it from pc/laptop
  10. Boot in normal mode
  11. Go to menu > Settings > Applications > Developer
  12. Check USB Debugging (enable)
  13. Connect the phone to PC/laptop
  14. Run SuperOneClick
  15. Click Root
  16. Wait until SuperOneClick finish all task
  17. Reboot and Done

note: if you meet an error when open SUT, try to reinstall motorola fire driver. Ussualy those error came out because the windows cannot detect the device.
